01 / THE OWNER’S BLIND SPOT

Tired of being
the link between
every screen?

You ask the office about the customer. You ask the crew about the job. You open billing to check the invoice. Why does finding one answer take so many steps?

Your tools keep the details.
You shouldn’t have to piece together every answer.

01

“Did anyone get back to them?”

A missed call is easy to see. Knowing whether someone replied can take more digging. Signal compares the call with customer contact history so your team knows what to check.

02

“They asked about a job. Did anyone pick it up?”

Someone filled out your website form. Signal checks whether that request appears in your customer records, so your team knows where to look next.

03

“The invoice is overdue. Does the customer still owe you?”

Signal brings the invoice and recorded balance together, so your team can check for newer payments before sending another reminder.

CLEAR EXPECTATIONS

A few things
worth knowing.

Does Signal replace my software?

No. Signal is the oversight layer above your existing tools. It brings together the information it can use from your tools, so your team can see what needs attention while continuing to work in the same software.

Will it work with every tool in my stack?

Not every tool or type of information can be used. Before a scan, we confirm what Signal can read and which business questions it can help answer. A logo or app name alone is not a promise that it will work.

Are these real customers or live results?

No. The names and business records are fictional. The examples show how findings could be presented; they are not customer results or proof of money recovered.

What happens after I join the waitlist?
  1. Join the waitlist. Let the team know you’re interested.
  2. Confirm the fit. We’ll ask about your tools and notify you when initial scans open.
  3. Get ready for launch. The first 50 customers receive a free initial Signal scan after launch.

Explore Signal’s planned range of business questions. Availability depends on your tools and the information they provide; we confirm this before a scan. Related questions and information checks are included below.

The examples are fictional. Signal needs the right information from your tools to answer a question. If the information is missing or too old, Signal should make that clear rather than guess.
