LAUNCHING SOON · THE SIGNAL 50
How many finished jobs still need a billing review?
Finished jobs, deposits and invoices don’t always tell the same story. Signal is built to help your team review the available job and billing records. Start with a free count check.
The first 50 customers receive a free initial Signal scan after launch.
Leads · Estimates · Billing · Payments · Business changes · Marketing. NORI helps explain the records and patterns behind the day.
We’ll follow up to confirm fit and explain next steps before launch.

Choose one review window. Use the same set of completed jobs for all three counts, and count each job once.
Count each distinct completed job once in your review window.
Count jobs whose completed work is covered, not invoice documents.
Count jobs with a documented reason to wait. Exclude invoiced jobs.

How to count invoices, partial billing and holds
- Match the job. Check the job reference and completed work against your billing terms. An invoice for the same customer may cover another job.
- Check what is covered. A deposit or progress invoice may cover only part of the work. Check later invoices, grouped billing and service agreements before deciding the completed work is covered or unmatched.
- Keep the groups separate. Count a job as invoiced or on a documented hold, never both. A hold needs a confirmed reason to wait, an owner and a next review date.
- Leave uncertainty visible. Jobs you cannot classify belong in neither group yet. If a whole count is unknown, leave the field blank and check the records first.
Give each unresolved job a next step.
Use the records to confirm whether the work is already covered, deliberately waiting or ready for your authorized billing team to act.
Find the matching work, not just a customer name.
Check the job or estimate reference, site, dates and work delivered. Look in the billing location your team actually used.
Check the hold and what has already been billed.
Read deposits, progress invoices, grouped invoices and service agreements against the completed work. Confirm a hold’s reason, owner and next review date.
Give the unresolved job an owner.
Keep the job details in your existing business records. Assign someone to confirm what is due and finish the next step in your usual billing tool.
THE BROADER SIGNAL PICTURE
See today’s priorities. Understand what changed.
Signal is launching soon. It is designed to compare available records across your existing tools, show what needs attention and help your team understand the changes behind the working day.
The work is finished. Has it been billed?
A completed job and its billing history may tell different parts of the story.
Signal compares available job and invoice records to show what needs a billing check. Your team confirms another invoice or a valid hold before billing.
