LAUNCHING SOON · THE SIGNAL 50

Bring the right question to the next meeting.

Bring one clear question to the next office conversation. These free worksheets help you start; Signal is built to keep questions and changes visible across the available records in your tools.

The first 50 customers receive a free initial Signal scan after launch.

Leads · Estimates · Billing · Payments · Business changes · Marketing. NORI helps explain the records and patterns behind the day.

We’ll follow up to confirm fit and explain next steps before launch.

One review. The right people and records.

Choose the worksheet for the question your team is trying to answer. Agree on a small set of jobs or inquiries, the period you are reviewing and who can explain the original records. A printed worksheet helps organize the conversation; it does not connect accounts, scan records or replace your business tools.

Each PDF is free to download without a name, email or signup. Use the writing space with your team, then keep any customer details, changes and follow-up in your existing business records. Nothing entered on paper is sent to Ukiyo by these downloads.

PRINTABLE PDF · MANUAL REVIEW

The customer said yes. Who owns the booking?

For the owner, estimator and dispatcher reviewing accepted work without a clear next date. Confirm what was approved, what is ready to schedule and any legitimate reason to wait.

What’s inside this worksheet?

Have these records ready.

Have the accepted quote, agreed scope, job record and the calendar your team actually uses ready. Check dependencies such as materials, site access or customer timing.

Leave with a next step.

Write the unresolved question, the responsible person and the next review date. An accepted quote is not proof that work is ready or already booked.

PRINTABLE PDF · MANUAL REVIEW

The crew finished. What still needs a billing check?

For the crew lead and billing office bringing completed work into a billing conversation. Count distinct reviewed jobs, confirmed invoice coverage and other documented holds.

What’s inside this worksheet?

Have these records ready.

Bring completion notes, billing terms and the matching deposit, stage, grouped or final invoices. Confirm which completed work is covered; do not count invoice documents as jobs.

Leave with a next step.

Take any remainder back to the individual job records. It is a count needing review, not confirmed missed billing, debt or money lost. Unknown counts stay unknown.

PRINTABLE PDF · MANUAL REVIEW

The inquiries arrived. What happened next?

For the owner, marketing contact and office team following one group of inquiries into the booking records. Decide which inquiries belong in the review before comparing the numbers.

What’s inside this worksheet?

Have these records ready.

Bring the original inquiry records, CRM entries, response history and matching bookings. Define the cohort dates, the observation cutoff and what counts as a booked job.

Leave with a next step.

Keep pending, unmatched and unknown-source records visible. An ad conversion, a customer and a booked job may be different units; a count difference does not establish its cause.

Match the records before deciding.

One customer can have several jobs, properties or visits. Similar names and nearby dates do not establish a match by themselves. If identity is unclear, use the two-layer review in the customer-and-job matching guide before treating a handoff as resolved or missed. Do not merge or change source records just to make a worksheet agree.

If an inquiry cannot be found in the CRM, first trace the submission, delivery, usable record and team notification. Those are separate checkpoints. Keep unavailable evidence unknown.

Make this useful at the next meeting.

  1. Bring one question.

Choose an unresolved handoff rather than trying to review the whole business at once.

  2. Write what the records establish.

Separate a supported match, a legitimate hold and evidence you still need. Keep the reviewed period and source references clear.

  3. Give the next check a person.

Agree on who can confirm the missing piece and when to review it again. Your authorized team handles the call, booking, billing or record change.

THE BROADER SIGNAL PICTURE

See today’s priorities. Understand what changed.

Signal is launching soon. It is designed to compare available records across your existing tools, show what needs attention and help your team understand the changes behind the working day.

Who needs the next conversation?

A new inquiry, missed call or unanswered message can leave the next step unclear.

Signal compares available lead and contact records so your team can check whether follow-up is needed. A conversation elsewhere may change the answer.
