LAUNCHING SOON · THE SIGNAL 50
One weekly check. Four important handoffs.
Which quotes need a call, jobs need a date or invoices need a check? Signal is built to keep those questions and business changes in view as the week moves.
The first 50 customers receive a free initial Signal scan after launch.
Leads · Estimates · Billing · Payments · Business changes · Marketing. NORI helps explain the records and patterns behind the day.
We’ll follow up to confirm fit and explain next steps before launch.
A small review with a clear next step.
Choose a review window, open the relevant records and work through these four handoffs with your team. The checkboxes are for your own review; they do not scan your tools or save a registration.
Record the exception. Give it an owner.
For each unresolved handoff, record the job or customer reference, the expected next step, the evidence reviewed, the reason it may be waiting, the responsible person and a review date. Keep customer details in your existing business records.
“No match found” means the records reviewed do not establish the next step. Confirm another source, a legitimate hold or a changed plan before treating it as a missed action. Mark incomplete evidence as unknown.
Close the loop with evidence.
A tick on this page does not resolve the business issue. Check that the next conversation, appointment, invoice or payment allocation is supported by the records. If the work is canceled or deliberately waiting, document that outcome in the tool your team already uses.
Turn the question into a next step.
Explore a fictional Signal scan or use the billing count check with your own records. Both are free, with no signup or customer details required.
THE BROADER SIGNAL PICTURE
See today’s priorities. Understand what changed.
Signal is launching soon. It is designed to compare available records across your existing tools, show what needs attention and help your team understand the changes behind the working day.
Who needs the next conversation?
A new inquiry, missed call or unanswered message can leave the next step unclear.
Signal compares available lead and contact records so your team can check whether follow-up is needed. A conversation elsewhere may change the answer.
